1.2 - Input your move-in- and move-out-date.
1.3 - Use our intelligent filters to see only apartments that are relevant to you.
1.4 - Easily view and compare information such as price, location, amenities, and space.
2.1 - Select your apartment.
2.2 - Select an Instant Booking apartment to book immediately, or send a non-binding request to the landlord and register for free.
2.3 - Get a response within 48 hours. There is no waiting time if your apartment accepts Instant Booking.
2.4 - Feel free to request more than one apartment. Requests don’t oblige you to book.

3.1 - After your request has been confirmed you’re ready to book. Input all required personal data. You can book the apartment on behalf of yourself or for somebody else.
3.2 - During the booking process, you can already view the rental agreement.
4.1 - Pick your preferred method of payment. After booking, you will pay the first month‘s rent on a secure escrow account.
4.2 - On your move-in date, the money will be transferred to the host.
4.3 - All subsequent payments, are to be paid to Vakay which will be passed to the host. Vakay hold your deposit until the end of your stay.

5.1 - You can simply sign the lease agreement online thanks to the secure “Sign Request” process.
5.2 - Download a copy of the contract. When you move in we will transfer the first month's rent to the landlord.
6.1 - Receive the exact address of your new apartment and the contact details of the landlord.
6.2 - Arrange the handover of keys. Move-in and feel right at home!
6.3 - Would you like to stay longer? Not a problem! We’ll send you an email in advance of your move-out date, but you can always call us or contact us with your request.
