I am writing to you on behalf of four students who have found jobs at Amsterdam Airport and are interested in renting your apartment from June to September.
We would like to enquire about the rental conditions, such as:
What are the required deposits and guarantees?
What is the extent of the apartment's furnishings and what is included in the rent (e.g. utilities, internet, TV)?
We would like to stress that we are students who are very responsible and tidy, and so will treat the apartment with great care and respect.
We will be happy if you can provide us with further information about your apartment and the rental conditions.
