The apartment is 70m2 and fully furnished ready for move in. It has a spacious open living and kitchen main area concept. The whole apartment has double pane windows which allows great work at home environment. The apartment includes two beautiful balconies’, one of the master bedroom and one of the living room. There is a shared beautiful tranquil garden space to be enjoyed by the residence of the whole building.It has a luxury bathroom with walk in shower, separate bathtub, double sinks and a heated towel rack to warm and dry your towels. The master bedroom has a super big and comfortable bed (1.80m X 2.10m), a huge closet (2x3meter) and a desk. Also has black out curtains on the doors that open to the grand balcony. The kitchen has everything that you need; dishwasher, oven, slow-cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer etc.
